Jeddah is Saudi Arabia's second biggest city, sitting along the Red Sea coast, it's a fascinating mix of old and new, with the historical Al Balad district and central fish market, and then the modern corniche, entertainment complexes and malls. It also has a very different vibe to the capital city Riyadh, as a city along the coast it has a more relaxed atmosphere and a multicultural population.
