Going to bed most night could mean been exhausted for many people ,but today we want to remind you of some healthy habits that is sure guaranteed to help you live a healthy lifestyle.
1.Always brushing your teeth.
2.Drink a warm glass of water 5–10 minutes before sleeping. You could even keep a water bottle near you.
3.Switching off your phone/ laptops/ any digital devices 1 hour before sleeping.
4.Wishing good night to your family.
5.Pack your things and bag, for the next day. It really helps me be relaxed instead of rushing for things at the last minute.
6.Taking out, your clothes for the next day. So that you ensure they are clean, ironed and yah its easier to choose when you are not in a hurry.
7.Reading 1–2 chapter of a book.
8.Making a to-do list.
9.Follow a night time skin regime. Also people having long hair should tie it before sleeping.
10. Reflection, quiet and meditation.
