Malini Angelica - In this episode I visit Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, known for its beautiful landscapes of mountains and ocean. During my time in Rio de Janeiro I attempt to become a "carioca" as the residents of the city are called. I take part in many of the Cariocas favourite activities including spending all day at the iconic Ipanema beach, hiking the famous Dois Irmãos mountain, eat the classic weekend dish of feijoada, watch Rio's BIGGEST football team Flamengo play a derby match in the famous Maracanã stadium, party in several of the blocos street parties around the city for Carnival and of course watch the samba parade at the world famous Sambadrome!! By the end of my time in Rio de Janeiro, I feel like a true Carioca!!
