In its latest guideline, the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) said the decision comes after the government said the virus “has been persistently rare in Nigeria and most of the rest of the world”. “Pre-departure and post-arrival Covid-19 PCR tests are no longer required for all passengers irrespective of vaccination status,” it said. Health declaration forms and permission to travel would no longer be required, the agency added.
