Guadalajara, in the State of Jalisco, Mexico. I explore the historic centre of Guadalajara, and take a trip to the nearby Tequila region where I visit a tequila distillery and learn about how its made. I also try the classic dishes of Jalisco, like the birria goat soup, barbacoa tacos and carnitas tacos! This region of Mexico is also where mariachi music is from so I listen to mariachis sing live in the plaza. It's the cultural heart of Mexico and I'm so glad I visited!
