Hong Kong park where men as old as 70 work out

Can you spin while hanging from monkey bars? Climb a pole while upside down? Fitness enthusiasts practise such physical challenges at dusk each day in a remote park in Hong Kong’s northwestern New Territories. Some are teenagers, but many others are in their 60s or even 70s. What binds them together is a love of outdoor training. After watching one 70-year-old man pole-climbing and a younger group making “human flags”, Post reporters Oscar Liu and Connor Mycroft tried to match their fitness feats.
