Bill Gates says the world probably won’t meet the Paris Agreement’s goal of keeping temperature rise below 2C. However, he praised the COP28 summit for making progress on tackling climate change despite geopolitical tensions and scoring the biggest-ever attendance. Gates also comments on food security, the impact of technological innovation on climate and optimism around nuclear power. He speaks with Francine Lacqua on the sidelines of COP28 in Dubai.
