AFROBEATS STANDING ABS WORKOUT

Its another dance workout to get excited about! And since afrobeats has been such a hit among this community, I have decided to bring it back with ab exercises that will get you feeling the burn first thing in the morning. This workout will help activate your core so you are reminded throughout the day to squeeze your core for both positive changes and posture correction. Throughout this workout, what I want you to focus on is pushing your belly button into your back or bracing your core as if someone is about to punch you in the gut. Sometimes that can be challenging to do and breathe at the same time, so what I suggest is that on your in breath you relax a bit, and on your out breath, push the air out while contracting your core.
