Christa Janine, a 500 E-RYT certified yoga instructor, will be teaching this 10-minute yoga exercise that focuses on the core muscles, so get in shape with her. Bianca Caceres and Phillip Anderson from the class will be there to support you as you begin with a little warmup to wake up your body and get your abs ready for the workout. You'll go through techniques like arm reaches, bear holds, plank holds, and much more. During this brief yet powerful yoga movement, your lower back will also begin to burn. You only need a mat to begin this exercise program, and you can do it anywhere!
