NIGO continues to make waves in the fashion and music realm with a series of releases with his I Know NIGO and clothing collaborations with the likes of Victor Victor Worldwide, Billionaire Boys Club.
NIGO’s latest fashion venture sees a HUMAN MADE x Levi’s joint project. The collection is a nod to the Japanese culture and features two pieces for its “Made in Japan” collab. Amongst one of the pieces is a 506 Trucker Jacket that is constructed out of selvedge denim. The jacket features a HUMAN MADE and Levi’s co-branding on the back including the brand’s slogan, “Gears for futuristic teenagers.” A flapping duck graphic is also prominently placed on the back, reminiscent of the iconic Levi’s stitching that can be seen on the back pockets of the jeans.
The designer took to Instagram to share a campaign visual shot at the historic Izushi Eirakukan in Kinki, Japan. The theater is the oldest Kinki, opening in 1901 and now setting the stage for the most recent collaboration. The HUMAN MADE x Levi’s collab releases on April 7 on Levi’s.
