Mental health in Black and African communities has often been treated as a taboo. Hosted by Kelechi Okafor, we created a safe space for a discussion with Lady Phyll, Tanya Compas, Lola Jaye, and Jocelyn Yeboah-Newton on the harmful narratives that permeate our communities, intergenerational trauma, and the key role of movement as a remedy to the challenges we face.
