Kola Peters Dopamu, the founder of Kola Dopamu Firms , has spoken to Uphorial Media on how he is using legal clinic to bring law closer to the people.
Lawyer Dopamu is the proponent of 'Legal Clinic' in Nigeria. Talking about what legal clinic is all about he said:
"Legal clinic was designed to assist citizens of Nigeria to know their rights and responsibilities under the law. It also aims at helping people to redefine their relationship with their spouses".
He further stated that legal clinic will help to bring people closer to the law as enacted by the National Assembly.
Speaking on how the concept of legal clinic brings law closer to the people, he added:
"Under legal clinic we tend to analyse and bring issues that are arising in daily basis from the legal perspectives and bring it to the doorstep of Nigerians."
