If the Earth's gravity were t be halved at night ,there would need to be a lot of adjustments that's for sure.
If you were driving a car at a great speed and the Earth gravity went to half, you would get an immediate accident.
Even if you were out for a run and the Earth gravity went to half, you would find yourself going off the ground or just crashing into things.
The Moon gravity is only 1/6th that of the Earth. Look at how an astronaut moves there.
People at night would need to wear weights, to compensate for the loss of gravity.
There would be advantages though.
Launching rockets into outer space would be cheaper and easier at night.
Planes flying at night would spend less fuel.
