Hard To Reach is a BFI backed short drama set in Birmingham: An anxiety-fuelled mentor picks up his student, a disruptive teenager who needs guidance. When their intended photography trip leads to an altercation on a train, the pair end up having a cathartic exchange in a forest that changes them forever.
