I finally found it what might be the cheapest gym in Africa. In this video, I visit a gym in Lagos, Nigeria that costs just ₦4,000 ($3) per month. That’s less than what some people spend on snacks, and it raised a lot of questions for me. Does the equipment actually work? Is the environment clean? Are people serious about training here? And most importantly can you really get results at a gym this cheap?
