30-Minute Strength-Training Workout

Get ready for a strength-training workout that will give you the motivation to take on your day. Led by fitness trainer Ashley Joi, this 30-minute class includes FitRx dumbbells that adjust from 5 to 25 pounds with a turn of the quick-select dial, so feel free to level up to whichever weight feels right for you!  Our host and class members are wearing Hanes high-rise leggings that will keep up with them throughout this class!
