According to experts, the Princess of Wales eats a varied diet which allows her to look and feel great. Hair experts at Longevita have claimed that the 40-year-old starts her day with oats, which are high in protein, carbohydrates, and fiber, and follows this with a breakfast drink made of nutritionally-dense foods. The drink contains kale, spinach, and spirulina which are said to be her favorites thanks to the protein and healthy vitamins included naturally in the ingredients. Sometimes, she will also enjoy a bowl of porridge to keep her energy levels high throughout the day
For other meals, the Princess of Wales is said to enjoy dishes such as watermelon salad with feta, avocado, and cucumber. Often, Kate will also enjoy snacking on goji berries, raw fruit, and vegetables between meals, all of which are packed with nutrients that promote strong hair growth leaving her with luscious locks. Lentil curry is also a firm favorite dinner for the Princess, and it's thought she had a particular craving for this dish when she was pregnant.
