In this routine, you’ll start with a quick warm-up and move into shoulders, focusing on exercises like cross punches, plank walkouts, and shoulder taps. You’ll also target your biceps and triceps followed by a series of bicep curls to triceps kickbacks, overhead triceps extensions, plank walkout to triceps push-ups, and so much more. Grab a pair of weights for an added challenge. You can add whatever weight you are comfortable with or stick to bodyweight only.
